All orders are covered with our 30-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back with full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Socks can be machine washed on 30°C, they can be put in the dryer but cannot be ironed.

The shipping time to EU orders is 5-10 days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or contact our support team at eu@thenordicsocks.com

We ship to all European countries, however, orders to Germany, Austria and Switzerland should be placed on Thenordicsocks.de

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available. Note: if you order multiple items on our store, they will come in one package. Please take into consideration that packages are shipped only when all items are available, so delays might occur.

EU orders are shipped with country-specific postal services.
